The 2nd Edition of RED Summit in West Africa took place on the 29th & 30th of October at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, Ghana. With delegates and sponsors from around 41 countries, the RED summit aimed to alleviate the professional pain points that both suppliers and buyers face when they participate in a networking event.
The two days of the summit were carefully crafted and designed to ensure a wholesome and productive experience. Along with multiple keynote presentations, the RED summit also featured panel discussions on relevant topics such as ‘Changing Real Estate Landscape of West Africa’ and ‘The Current Trends & Future Shifts in the Hospitality Market.’ In total, the RED summit hosted over 17 prolific speakers who contributed valuable insights and engaged in meaningful debates on how to access the African real estate market.
The true essence of the RED summit, however, was visible when the venue bustled with delegates participating in personalised face-to-face meetings. Over the course of the summit, 1400+ face-to-face meetings took place. Throughout the two days, the participants eagerly engaged in multiple personalised meetings to understand how they can cater to the requirements of the project holders.
On the product showcase front, 370+ projects were presented to 97 of our buying partners who attended the event. With luncheons, pre-scheduled coffee breaks, and a cocktail dinner — the RED summit ensured ample opportunities to interact and purposely network with industry leaders to its 370 attendees. If we have to put a time to it, the RED summit saw over 800+ minutes of substantial networking and participation in impact-oriented knowledge sessions.
On the first day of the RED summit, we also organised the RED awards with an aim to recognise the quality work that brands and individuals have put in along with honouring and encouraging their excellence. It was our way to provide a token of credibility to the awardees, as their participation in the event was sealed through a rigorous selection process which involved ample research and total objectivity.
All in all, the RED summit ably brought the leaders, buyers, and suppliers from across various domains of real estate under one roof for what came to be an opportunity that provided a chance at interactive and engaging collaboration.
